Research On Career Planning For Graduates Of Railway Characterized Specialty

The theory of this thesis is based on human resources management, management and career planning, which brings forward the point that graduates of railway characterized specialty are the potential human resources of the railway enterprises and planning their career can help relieving the current conflict between demand and supply of the talented people with railway related specialty, by analyzing the characteristics of the demand and supply of human resources of the sector. Building up the career planning system for the graduates of railway sector characterized specialty, is the major part of this thesis and is also an innovative point. The system includes career oriented cultivation system, individual career planning system and career assistant system based on the universities and enterprises cooperation, and it also puts forward a new way of thinking in terms of the function of each department within the assistant system, so to make reference suggestions for the professional career assistant.As for the studying methods, a large sums of data has been gathered and sorted out in this thesis related with"Ego"and"Environment"in the career planning for the graduates of railway characterized specialty by adopting methods of survey forms and interviews, also some typical cases have been collected to support the conclusion of the thesis. In addition, this thesis has performed case analysis towards the career planning for the students of railway-characterized specialty of S university, setting forth and proving that career planning can assist those undergraduates to choose a job appropriate for long- term development, and giving reference suggestions for measures taken. The conclusion of the thesis has certain value for the career planning of the undergraduates with other sector's backgrounds.
