A Study On The College Student's Cultivation Of Career Diathesis And Career Planning Education

This study is based on the analysis of the elements which influence the obtaining employment of the college students, such as the social environment, the vocational guidance of the college and the college students themselves, and is combined with the more rigorous occupational situation of the college students. It is necessary and important for the college students to pay more attention to the cultivating their career diathesis and their career planning. The thesis intends to explore the related theory and the study results in our country and from abroad, and discusses how to cultivate the college students'career diathesis and make their career planning.Documentary Review and Substantial Evidence Analysis method are used in this study. We can know the situation of the college students'cultivation of career diathesis and career planning education by studying the related documents and the data calculated by some government departments and some professors. At the same time we can achieve the object of this thesis as well.This thesis includes nine parts. The first part is the introduction of this study, which means to introduce the background and the research methods of this study. The second part means to explain the meaning of the cultivation of career diathesis and career planning. Some definitions and theories related to this article in this part are also explained and studied. The third part means to analyze the elements of social environment related to the college students'occupational situation. Some methods are also provided at this angle in the third part. Then, the fourth chapter points out the problems in the cultivation of career diathesis and career planning of the college students based on analyzing the students themselves. The fifth chapter poses the methods of the college students'cultivation of career diathesis. The sixth chapter is the method for the college students to make their career planning. The seventh part points out the shortcomings of the college students'cultivation of career diathesis and career planning education in the college by analyzing the vocational guidance work in our country's college and in the foreign countries. The eighth part mains to discuss how to reinforce the college's vocational guidance work by changing related ideas and enriching the work's contents. The last part is the conclusion.
