Study On The Middle School Basis Training For The Teachers

School basis training is the same trend for every country to strengthen the on-the-job training of the teachers. In our country it has developed with the process of the eighth five-year-training of the teachers. It officially began from the 1990's. With the reformation and development of the middle school education in our country ,the on-the-job training of the middle school teachers has achieved great successes ,but there is still many problems. It is significant to improve the level of the on-the-job training theoretically and practically.This article analyses the theoretical foundation of the school basis training from the angles of the theory of lifelong education ,the theory of the improvement of the teacher's specialities, the theory of human resources and the theory of the school basis management ,so as to widen its theoretical foundation .It advances the tactics and methods used for the on-the–job training on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present condition of the middle school teachers'training and the trend of the teachers'education abroad. To unite the training resources continuously ,optimize the training methods ,construct the creative triaing pattern ,establish the operating mechanism of training ,strengthen the training system, quicken the steps of cultivating creative teachers,promote the impovement of the teachers'specialities,all these will be useful to the development and perfection of middle school basis training .In order to apply the effective instruction to the practice of the on-the -job training of the teachers ,this article summed up the typical patterns now available on the basis of documents analysis and an on-the-spot investigation .It analyscs the features of all the patterns , including the pattern of specialities training ,the pattern of co-operation and mutual study, the pattern of self-examination and improvement ,the pattern of scientific study and development .At last ,on the basis of summing up the superiority of each pattern, it raises an ideal new pattern, namely school basis training pattern .This article also deliberates the present system ,policy, organization and funds which can ensure the effective function of the school basis training .
