Under the background of contradiction between the current economic situation and graduates' employment, this paper explores the correlations between them and constructs the regression model based on the analysis of Guangdong. There are immanent relations between industrial structure and graduate employment. The essential reason of poorer and poorer opportunities about graduate employment rests with weaker and weaker ability of absorbing employments about industials. So it is the essential way to study the mutual relations between industrial structure and graduate empolyment to solve this problem from the view of economic environment outside. This paper makes use of various research methods. Analyzes the factors influenced graduate employment by such methods as layer analysis, factor analysis and frequency analysis, explores the concrete relations by descriptive analysis, variance analysis and correlation analysis. While constructing the regression model, the paper uses exploratory analysis and nonlinear regression analysis. The research findings show:(1) There is significant positive correlation between the industrial product and the quantities, qualities of graduate employment. It's same to the input of fixed assets, but different to the input of labour. The labour input is negative correlation with the quantities and qualities of graduate employment, which is not significant. There are large differences within second and third industies about the relativity and the significance.(2) In various industies influenced the graduate empolyment, the more labour-intensive industries are, the lower of the average wages of graduates are; and the greater scale of the industy is and the more capital-intensive is, the higher of the average wages of graduates are.(3) There is positive correlation between the industrial product, the input of fixed assets of various industies and the quantities of graduates, while unsignificant correlation between output, input and the employment rate of graduates and universities.
