Study On The Harmony Between Administration Authority And Academy Authority In Education Supervision

Education supervision is the important part of the modern education administration management, which is the very effective supervision system of education administration. Education supervision is the activity that some government authorities perform state power and manage the state. Its task is supervising, inspecting, assessing and guiding the education work of the lower government, education administration department and schools, and reporting some information to the higher government.In the paper, the author compares and analyses the education supervision development history of developed countries and China, and then get the idea that administration authority was the main part of education supervision, and all the work was performed through the administration orders in the early term. But with the development of social economy and education supervision theory, academy authority gradually formed and played an important role in the education supervision.In the paper, the author inquires into the necessity between administration authority and academy authority in chinese education supervision after analyzing the development history and trend of the relation between administration authority and academy in China and other developed countries. In recent years, education supervision theory has a scientific and democratic development trend. But chinese education supervision system is not perfect, such as the weak authority of the whole system, the equivocal sphere between administration authority and academy authority etc. For this, the author finds out the idea that strengthening the whole authority, establishing scientific management and supervision system in education supervision.
