The Meaning Of Graduate Education

The research comes from the phenomenon "rush of graduate student". Most present researches on this theme are interpretation, analysis and judgment more than the candidates themselves. Through interpretation on people who have already got the diploma, this paper is concentrated on the meaning for their career development. The impact on society is the further attempt.Chapter 1 is introduction. The present related works are analyzed. And the research plan is stated.Chapter 2, 3, 4 are three career stories. In each of them, the author tells a story of growing, learning and taking admission examination for master degree education. And their career paths, career self, and the meaning of master education are generalized.Chapter 5 is a conclusion. It sums up 5 foundlings, and gives a review of the whole research.
