Binhai, a coastal county in Northern Jiangsu, is an area with a relatively poor economy and less-developed education. With the fast development of the society, great changes have taken place in the behavior of the teachers in the countryside in Binhai. These changes have put forward a large series of new challenges in the management of the teachers in the countryside schools. It is not a fit in with the needs of the educational reform and development to manage the teachers with the traditional ideas and methods.Researches have proved that there have been many changes in teachers' behaviors in the countryside schools in Binhai. They have caused a lot of problems that urgently need solving in teacher management. Quite a few of the teachers work with out-of-date strategies, single means and low efficiency, which, in some way, encourages the worsening of the negative changes and holds back the reform and development of education in Binhai.In order to turn around the worsening of the negative changes of the teachers' behaviors which exist in Binhai countryside schools today, it is necessary for us to make sure what the real causes of the changes are and the problems in teacher management should also be solved absolutely. It is also necessary for us to establish some efficient prompting systems about teachers' behaviors in school management so as to excavate every teacher's potential and the staff's advantages as subjects. Meanwhile, we must attempt to improve the qualities of thoughts and professional qualification of the management and the staff. What is more, the local educational administration department should help establish an easy and harmonious atmosphere to provide the country teachers with broad space for their academic development and their realization of their true value of life. We must practise humanism, democracy, and science in our daily school management in order that every teacher could do his best according to his expertise and make full use of his strong points; and we must manage our educational cause according to the laws of the nation in order to advance the sustainable fine development of the educational task in the countryside in Binhai.
