National conference of vocational education in 2006 and "State department's decision on the rapid development of vocational education" both treat the rapid development of vocational education as an important stratagem for the future period. It puts forward that by the year 2010 the recruit scale of higher vocational education will cover more than half of that of higher education. It also brings forward that thousands of millions of persons with high skill and billions of laborers with high quality will be cultivated. The scale of higher vocational education will enlarge more rapidly. This will play an active role to perfect the structure of our national high education and implement the popularization of high education. Simultaneously, we must have a clear cognizance that the naked of characteristic in running schools of higher vocational education is not distinct, the mechanism of running them is lack of agility, subjecting of teaching contents and unreasonable structure of curriculum of higher vocational education have already seriously restricted higher vocational education to develop healthily. Therefore, higher vocational education must meet the need of society initiatively. Change the stress of reform to develop meanings and advance quality instead of expanding extension. Consequently, higher vocational education can carry out its aim of persons cultivating effectively. To cultivate persons' abilities with high skill to face advanced manufacturing, modern agriculture and modern serving industry.Reform of the curriculum fields of higher vocational education is the core of the whole. The paper researches the curriculum structure of higher vocational education surrounding its cultivating aim. Based on definitude the concepts of the curriculum structure of higher vocational education, the paper stresses to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two different modes about domestic and foreign curriculum structure of higher vocational education, and the reasons that causes that. The last part mainly discusses how to construct our national curriculum structure of higher vocational education. It also analyzes the framework of knowledge and ability that the persons cultivated by higher vocational education need. Stated with the abilities to occupational positions, the paper puts forward to construct a curriculum structure of higher vocational education that integrates knowledge and abilities based on technical knowledge. Thus, it can carry out the cultivation of special skills that occupational positions needed to melt in the system of its special teaching. Putting together with the learning of theoretical knowledge, cultivation of practical abilities and development of integrated diathesis. To enhance students' abilities to employ, to incarnate the characteristic of running schools of higher vocational education and advance the quality of persons cultivated by higher vocational education.
