Knowledge of "Unequation" plays an important part in the theory of basic Maths, which is mainly discussed in Chapter VI of Senior Maths Textbook. It is a Maths model in describing unequal relations between matters in the real word .It reflects the differences between matters in "Quantity" and should be the necessary, basic knowledge in exploring the relationship between big and small. Still it is the base and useful instrument in further study On Maths as well as other subjects. To learn it in Senior Maths is to put forward and enlarge what we have learnt in Junior School and to lay the foundation for Advanced Unequation. Therefore, Further study of Unequation in Senior School is necessary and available, which meats the needs of Social development and the law of Students' Learning.How could teachers do a better job in teaching Unequation in Senior Maths Teaching, who are guided by the new teaching theories? It is just what the author will mainly state in this article. The author, in her own teaching complained with the practical situation of the school, compared and analyzed the Textbooks, carefully read the Teaching Guidance, Examination Guidance and New Standard for Teaching. Also using questionnaire, free talk and follow-chapter Tests, She discred four main problems which exist in teaching "Unequation" in our countryside Senior Middle schools. Then she carefully studied the textbooks, expertly designed and explored it, coming up with three strategies to solve the problems rightly and to improve the teaching quality. The three strategies are: Changing teaching ideas and focus on class reformation; Selecting suitable teaching methods and base on the textbooks; Breakthrough all the keys and difficulties according to the practical situation. Finally guided by her after-teaching thinking, she put forward several problems to be furthered discussed and improved.
