A team of high qualified teachers is the basic condition for the promotion of quality education. In order to improve the school education at these schools and promote the quality education thoroughly, it is also necessary for us to fulfill the project of the training, especially the further education for teachers from primary schools and high schools. This is a great project with strategic importance and also the most important part in the project of teachers training today.This article makes an investigation of the teachers'further education in Shandong province by means of questionnaires. Its aim is to improve and optimize the teaching-learning models of further education on Shandong elementary and secondary teachers, by analyzing the status quo of elementary and secondary teachers and general society developing level in Shandong province, for education department and organization, to make the education policy and guide continuing education on Shandong elementary and secondary teachers.This article is divided into five parts.In the first part(introduction),the author expatiate the reasons to choose this thesis , the purpose with the meaning and the contents of the research method.In the second part, the author expatiate the theory base of the research and defines the relevant concept.In the third part, the author explains some problem about this research, such as research object, research tool, research approach and method.
