The Way Of Mutual Education For Training Of The Leadership

The 21st century, which is leading our nation to the way of prosperity and richness, is a century full of the opportunities and challenges. As the leadership of the ruling party, they are shouldering the huge and historic duties. Facing at the profound changes about several aspects, such as the objectives of education and the social environment, the guiding ideology as well as the contents and the methods of training the leadership should also adjusted relatively in order to adapt the pace of the development of the time and improve the ability and creativity during the work.Recently, with the descending of the age and the professionalisation of the team of the leadership, the academic qualification has raised every year. The distance of theory and acknowledge between the leaders and the teachers has reduced obviously since the leaders have more opportunities to visit the foreign countries and open their minds. So that puts forward the higher requirement of the teaching. However, the training of the leadership is weak on the aspects of developing the initiative of the students and the improving the efficiency of the teaching. So during the education, the teacher and the student should be equally on the position, discuss and research the theories and realities in order to benefit each other.As the author think, the process of the training is a mutual activity between the principal parts. During this activity, several close and frequent connections take place between the teachers and the students as well as within the students. These extensive communications and connections are the precondition of the developing the initiative and the activity of the students as well as one of the important way to improve their abilities.The way of mutual education, which is raised up in the 70s of the 20th century, proposes that the teacher should be the organizer and the assistant to develop the student's ability of learning. Through this way, the student becomes the subject of the self-learning and the active learning. Currently, this way of education has been generally accepted by the western countries and it brings several inspirations to the leaders' training in China. During the training, this method can not only brings the development of the students' ability, but also have the significance to the efficiency of the leaders' training.Inspired by this thought, the author tries to analyze and summarize the mutual education in the China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong in order to do some practical work and provide some useful experiences for the research of the creativity of the leadership's education.
