The Group Work Of Youth Leadership Training Is Involved In The Exploration

With the "Zero Zero" began to enter the sequence of major forces in China's economic construction and social development,young people's leadership problems have become increasingly prominent.As a core part of many young people's abilities,leadership has an important influence on the formation and development of other aspects of competence or quality.The youth period is a crucial stage in establishing a correct world outlook,outlook on life,and values,and it is also an important period for the gradual development of its qualities and capabilities.Teenagers are a special group.The value orientation presents difficulties of multiple choices and is vulnerable to external adverse environment.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to cultivate leadership at this stage.Through the formation of a youth leadership training group,this article aims to organize well-designed thematic activities in a targeted and organized way,allowing young people to acquire various leaders' experience and feelings in games or activities,and to increase their leadership under the guidance of social workers.This article takes C Middle School in Yangzhou City as an example to promote the training of young people's leadership through the activities of youth leader leaders.Based on the previous observations and needs analysis,the social worker took the group leader leadership as the starting point,and used group work methods to select 18 first-year students from the C secondary school in Yangzhou City to analyze the status quo of leadership training and conduct group work according to their characteristics.Practices,summarizing and evaluating the relevant team work,exploring the difficulties of the team work involved in the training of young leaders,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article believes that the group work involved in the development of young people's leadership is generally feasible and operative,and has also achieved some positive results.Due to the constraints of objective conditions and individual abilities,the sample selected in this study is relatively single.It is hoped that in the follow-up study,the diversity and representation of the sample will be further expanded,and the problem of young people's leadership development will be explored in a more comprehensive and in-depth manner.
