The standard of Chinese Language course in senior high school has put forward the teaching principle of the individuality reading, This text has a foothold to practice in language teaching in senior high school, asking for help from psychology and reading, and accepting the esthetics research result., tries to explain the basic concept of individuality reading, inquiries fully into the related factor in the teaching course of individuality reading, and analyzes the mental individuality of the senior high school students and some existent problems in the teaching course of individuality reading, so that we can consider the strategy of developing a student's individuality reading ability in the senior high school stage. The thesis mainly is divided into four parts, chapter 1 Individuality reading, chapter 2 The teaching of individuality reading, chapter 3 The teaching practice of individuality reading for senior high schools, Last chapter Introspect to the practice of the teaching course of individuality reading of the senior high school. The origin of Individuality reading mainly comes from the particular emphasis on the subject status of readers and the students' development of creative consciousness, and the contents of the individuality reading is very abundant. However, during the stage of senior high school, the individuality reading then, lays particular emphasis on" the talks between you and me", and a special experience of the readers. In addition, it lays particular emphasis on exhumation of the text. The aim of the teaching of individuality reading is respecting a student's comprehension, understanding student's reading ability, and thus raising the student's reading level according to his ability. Senior high school students have already had certain independent reading ability, but the foundation of their reading ability is not the same, the present situation of the teaching of reading is far from satisfactory, either. What strategy should we to adopt to improve the student's individuality reading ability? The idea of the passage is, first of all, to stir up the student's interest in the reading ;second, to adopt vivid and diverse teaching methods; to notice some changes of evaluation methods finally. In all, this text has carried on introspections to some existent problems in the teaching of characteristic reading. As for the problem how we should carry on the teaching of individuality reading and develop a student's ability of the individuality reading in senior high school, it needs a continuous research and improvement in the later practice and study.
