The secondary professional and technical education plays a very important part in education career, and also burdens the history fate of training future qualified labors and high quality talents. But the present reality is, the students' qualities are declining year by year and the teachers have to get along with such students who don't like study and have the bad behaviors every day, since working in charge of classes, they have felt a big burden and really hard work.The self-efficacy theory has been becoming the key problem since Bandura forward it in 1970's . It arrested high attention of the scholars both in china and abroad. According to the Bandura's self efficacy theory, the level of the teachers in charge of classes not only can predict the interests and motivation of the teachers devoting to classes but also can affect the level of the ability of teachers themselves managing classes. On the other hand it is also the vital factor to prevent the teachers managing classes efficiently, further more to affect the teaching and learning of the whole classes and even the students' future work and the development of the students' body and mentality. And finally it becomes the throat of the school management level and the teaching qualities. Thus it is very important to investigate and analyze the teachers' self efficacy and to discuss the factors of affecting their self efficacy. This research is based on my own designed questionnaire,400 teachers are studied, and we have got t the effective questionnaires 380. and also combining the visiting and talking with a school, by studying them, I got the conclusion and raise some suggestions just in order to study the special group of the teachers in charge of classes in the secondary professional and technical schools.The article includes four parts: the first part is the reason for study and the study motivation, the meaning for choosing the topic, the definitions of the relative terms and the research range, and the introduction of the study methods. The second part mainly includes the overview of the relative literature, the research of the teachers in charge of classes, the research of Bandura and his self efficacy, the research of teachers in charge of classes and the teachers' self efficacy in charge of classes. The third part is composed of the design and the exhale of the questionnaires, the overview of the questionnaires' analysis, the basic analysis of the teachers's self efficacy, the comparison of ten parts, the interactive analysis of sex, age, degree, certificate, the analysis of the typical high and low. The forth part is the conclusion including the further research to the results and the thinking of the better way of further improving the teachers' self efficacy in charge of classes.
