The job activity and positivity of teachers will directly effect the education quality and the excitation of teacher's positivity depends on the satisfaction of administration and service provided by school to teachers. Therefore, the school governor shall adopt pertinent solution to resolve the problem of teacher's non-satisfaction, based on investigation the teacher's job satisfaction, to excite their job positivity. This study takes example for the high school teachers in D district, Shanghai. Questionnaire is used as main way for the investigation. Depending on the investigation about the job satisfaction of high school teacher, analyzing the impact of job satisfaction caused by teacher's personal factor, such as age, degree, major, sex and position, exploring the relationship between job satisfaction and personal character. According to the study of personal character and job satisfaction, strategy of improving the school administration is raised, in order to increase the job satisfaction of teacher and to upgrade entirely the quality of education and teaching.The study indicates: among the sample, the internal satisfaction and total satisfaction of teachers in campus high school is obviously high than other two type of school; Sex has an obvious impact on external satisfaction and total satisfaction. The external satisfaction and total satisfaction of female teachers is obviously low than male teachers. On internal satisfaction, there is no obvious difference; Marriage status is the important factor to impact the total satisfaction. Different marriage status has obvious discrepancy of internal satisfaction and total satisfaction. The satisfaction of the teachers married but without child is the lowest. The internal satisfaction of the teachers married and with child birthed is the highest. The total satisfaction of the teachers married but lived as single is the highest; Education grade is the important factor to impact the external satisfaction. Teachers with master degree have obvious high job satisfaction than teachers with bachelor degree. Teachers with different position have obvious discrepancy of satisfaction. The external satisfaction increases with the upgrade of position. The external satisfaction increases with the upgrade of position. Technical title and total satisfaction have obvious discrepancy. The total satisfaction increases with the upgrade of technical title.The study also indicates: Extraversion and conscientiousness are the main factors of impacting job satisfaction; Agreeableness personal character has the most obvious...
