The informationization is a leading trend in the development of economy and society nowadays. Information Technology(IT) taking computer and network technology as the core, has not nearly brought extensive and deep influence to our social life, but also changed modern education. In the face of such rapid changing mathematics living environment, "the curriculum reform Outline of the basic education (tried)" in our country has put forward clear request for teaching to enhance the general application of the IT to teaching energetically, promote the integrating of the IT into subjects. The new "Curriculum Standard of English" has pointed out the direction of the reform in English education. We should consider it as students' powerful tool to solve the English problems, try to change students' learning manners and make students happier and have more energy to be involved in realistic, exploratory English learning activities.Since the study on Integrate IT to English curriculum just starts, this essay firstly approached the conceptions about IT and curriculum Integrate, it also inquired into home and abroad present situation of IT and curriculum Integrate. What's more, this essay analyzed and summarized the related theories on IT and curriculum Integrate. United into the features of new English curriculum, this essay also discussed the principles and tactics of teaching design and teaching evaluation about the Integration of IT and new English curriculum. In this way, it offered a theory support for a successful Integration of IT and new English curriculum.The important point of this essay is the teaching practice of the Integration of the IT and new English curriculum. By a large number of comparing study on teaching examples, this essay abstracted two teaching practice examples of the Integration of the IT and new English curriculum. That is, the Integration of Mud-media technology and new English curriculum and the Integration of network technology and new English curriculum. The former is mostly suitable for the teaching circumstances demonstrated by teachers, its intension is to set up an English teaching situation. The latter is mostly suitable for Inquiry Learning teaching circumstances, it emphasizes students' cooperation and exchangement with the help of network. On the way to finish a task, the two teaching models are both combined with teaching case and have some guidance meaning to teaching practice.
