| It is a dynamic process to acquire the role of college teachers. With the development of acquaintanceship to function of college, the role of college teachers is reorientated continuously. Transformation of role of college teachers has a very close relation with age, especially with the development of college. From a view of the conception of modern college and role of teachers, using the antithesis, historical method and non-structural discussing, this paper analyze the general problems in the teaching process and propose the idea remold of modern college. At last this paper proposes the strategy on switching and remold the role of teachers.In the 21 century, with the explosive information and fast increasing of knowledge, internet and modern multimedia are widely used in the teaching of college. Traditional teaching conception and methods are challenged greatly. Higher education is acquired to cultivate innovation persons with self-studying ability and international intercourse ability. Teachers are acquired to fit with them. But in fact, due to the distemperedness of teaching theory and traditional teaching environment, the role of teachers still have a long way to go. So the transformation of the college teachers must be carried out.The problems exiting in the faulty of our present-day college may be reduce as: the laid out of teachers'teaching conception restrict the cultivation quality of students: simplex teaching mode ignore the principal part of teacher; the lag cultivation goals cannot fit the age; content and way of teaching are simplex; the phenomenon of attaching too much importance in scientific research and despising teaching is universal. Based on the analysis of the above problems and combination of the age background and theory of teacher's role, the writer of this paper think that the role of the college teachers should be changed from developers who cultivate the students'intelligence into culturists who cultivate all-around ability of students; the college teachers should be changed from developers who pass the knowledge to the students into culturists who cultivate the innovation of the ability of students; the role of the college teachers should be changed from developers who cultivate the students'with single ability into... |
