The traditional interpersonal relationship of China is based on self-supporting and self-sufficient economy and the Confucian ethics is its major intension meaning, which has some characteristics of the morality, the estate and the ceremony. During the transition of market-oriented social structure, this moral relationship is inherited and carried forward as a traditional culture. Meanwhile, the market has expanded social connections and the exchanges of economic interests become the core of contemporary society. The rule of the laws and the contracts reached as the important factor in adjusting. Chinese contemporary relationship appeared duality, the legal coexisting with the ethical, so we are in a dilemma to harmonize it. A sort of "pan-economy" and "pan-main", negative tendencies have become increasingly prominent.Ethics is the dominant paradigm in Chinese traditional relationship, which emphasizes that the society stress for the individuality and mind is priority to substance, lays emphasis on the development of social integrality and meets the people's mind. But it runs counter to the characteristics of the interest, the subject, the equality and the opening of modern market economy.
