Interpersonal conflict exists in all kinds of interpersonal interactions. For middle school teachers, there are conflicts in working, daily life and other aspects. Interpersonal conflicts, which belong to an unavoidable and normal phenomenon, appear during the interaction process among middle school teachers. The characteristic of the conflict is neutral. There are many reasons for conflicts among middle school teachers, such as social environment, school environment, personal character differences of middle school teachers themselves, and pressures from teenager students in middle school, etc.All kinds of interpersonal conflicts of middle school teachers, there are two kinds of situations: destructive interpersonal conflict and constructive interpersonal conflict. As far as school governor or middle school teachers themselves are concerned, it is very important and difficult to efficiently take advantage of positive and constructive aspects of this kind of interpersonal conflicts, serve for smooth development of school education and teaching missions, and avoid negative influences of destructive interpersonal conflicts among teachers on education and teaching missions. In order to properly adjust and control interpersonal conflicts among middle school teachers, following attempts can be carried out: firstly, to treat conflicts properly and establish a scientific concept of conflicts; secondly, to enforce communication and coordination; thirdly, to establish a harmonious and healthy school environment; fourthly, to reinforce construction of teachers' professional morality, and to reinforce the teachers' understanding of legal system; fifthly, to apply some specific management methods for conflict properly, etc.Proper adjust and control makes a reasonable extent of interpersonal conflicts among middle school teachers as long as we combine the facts of our school and facts of middle school teachers. It aids in development of all kinds of school's missions and improvement of working efficiency, and ultimately realizes school's educational goals better.
