With the further development of reformation, Liaoning province as an old industry base is adjusting its economic structure. The economy system is changing from the planned system to the market system, the epoch that symbolized with production as knowledge and information, economy as transmit and application is coming. Knowledge economy results in the adaptation of industry structure and update of technology, and the need of millions of primary and intermediate workers. Under the circumstance of great development of economy, it has significant theory and realistic sense that how the middle vocational education adapt the change of economic structure.From the mess which the Liaoning middle vocational education is confronted with, the paper analyze the reasons. While after the further analysis about these problems, we find that the main reason to the problem and the main settle approach is just coincident to one thing, which is the relation between the economy system and the middle vocational education structure. Thereby, the paper will mainly research the relation between the two systems.The study on the relation is generally to the specific analysis course. The relation should accord with regional education and universal law of economic development. And then start with the concrete economic structure of Liaoning Province and medium-sized vocational education relation, analyze the impact on middle vocational education structure of the industrial structure, the requisition for hierarchical structure of vocational education of the technological structure that economy works, economic system structure and impact on educational development of the medium-sized job of ownership composition. Find out Liaoning Province medium-sized vocational education a great deal of adaptability factor of structure, analyzing the reason why these factors produce, it is analyzed which unfavorable influence they bring to medium-sized vocational education and economic development of Liaoning Province.In this paper the qualitative combined with quantify method is adapted, and make scientific prediction and plan to Liaoning Province development of middle vocational education, can confirm between society and medium-sized demand of technician , thus can dispose educational resources with a definite target in view accurate.
