The boarding school is an effective way to develop the national areas education .National Ministry Of Education issued"Educate and revitalize the action plan by 2003-2007"in February of 2004,proposing implementation"Lodge and make the construction project of the school in the countryside", in order to realize the goal of"Two bases"in rural west. On December of the same year ,the central government input 3 billion yuan for using"Lodge and make the construction project of the school in the countryside", the project contains 23 provinces of the whole country(autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government ,formation),628 project counties,2346 project schools. The plan that lodge and make the school in the countryside are turned into the country and implementing"Two bases"and improving the key measure of the rural basic level of education and important guarantee. Therefore, it is an urgent task for educational circles to face directly; also hot spot already been paid attention to by Chinese society that how to enhance the overall school-running benefit of rural boarding school.This research is just under the great such a background, taking the 8 rural boarding junior schools as the researching objects and questionnaire, interview, case study as the researching tools, and make relatively comprehensive and through investigation and study on the status quo, existing problems and the cause of formation of 8 rural boarding junior schools in longsheng. On the basis of the above research ,from the micro and macro perspective, this paper analysis and evaluate the school-running benefit of rural boarding junior school, and attempt to explore the effective ways that how to enhance the school-running benefit of rural boarding junior school.Through the case of rural boarding junior school in longsheng, this paper tries to provide empirical foundation for the academic research of construction rural boarding junior school and expect the research findings can bring reference and enlightment for the region and other same type of region in rural boarding junior schools.This text is mainly stated in five parts:The first part is the introduction.The author generalizes the background,purpose,significance of the research and its researching status quo in domestic and abroad.The second part is research policy based on and theoretic foundation were founded.Generalizes the related policy of the rural boarding school.Its theoretic foundation is the compulsory education investment theory, school-running benefit theory and school economies of...
