Research On Motivationmechanism Of Coach Of High-Level Sportsteam In Shanghai's Ordinary Colleges And Universities

Chinese government set up high-level sports team in some universities in the middle period of the eighties of the 20th century. College high-level sports team is a useful and effective mean in order to improve the level of Chinese sports. During the last ten years, the high-level sports team of the university made huge progress, it has injected vigor into university's sports work, meanwhile, it has promoted the development of sport of the school, has heightened the level of university sports.Otherwise, with the development of high-level sports team of the university, how to strengthen the control over it, incentive mechanism helping coaches to train and use of setting up a set of science, fully arouse the enthusiasm of coaches, stimulate their biggest potentiality,strengthen their sense of duty and sense of mission, improve the sports level of the sports team, become and put the problem urgently to be solved in front of us .This research using the method of literature material, the logicalanalytic method, the questionnaire survey procedure to analysis the mechanism of Shanghai University high-level Sports Team in the present situation, according to the investigation result statistical analysis, six conclusions are educed.
