The school course returns to life and finds the lost subject consciousness, which becomes a new idea of contemporary course development. The political instruction in life setting accords with the reforming way of the course in the middle school. It is an effective key to go out of the present teaching predicament. This text depends on the requirement for 《The outline of basic education course reformation (try out)》 . and describes the basic meaning, characteristic, theoretical foundation, necessity and possibility of the political instruction in life setting on the basis of teaching practice of middle school.according to "the problem arising------meaning of the problem------the problemresolving------the resolution feedback" . It also puts forward the way to politicalinstruction in life setting from the teaching goal, content of courses, teacher-student relationship, teaching evaluation. Finally, some mistakes that should be avoided are pointed out to help improve the political teaching practice in the middle school. The author tries hard to draw lessons from Dewey and Tao Xing zhi's education thoughts and morals psychology to construct the political instruction theory and operation normal form, and at the same time creatively makes use of modern and practical political instruction centering on emotion, situation, practice and experience, in order to improve the actual effect of political instruction and enrich the idea of serving the teaching in the classroom.
