The Research Of Fujian Athletics Sustainable Development

By the methods of literature study, survey study, mathematical statistics, logic analysis systematic and so on, and taking into account Outline of Athletics Teaching and Training in China, this thesis takes the sport organization of Fujian, Xiamen Quanzhou, Putian and athletics training classes in amateur schools of physical training in Fujian as subjects investigated, to investigate. Present situation of athletics.The survey and research revealed that the coaches' education structure is reasonable, but their professional knowledge and related basic theory is not steady enough.Having little chance to get job training, poor scientific research, they can't satisfy the requirement of making the present track training scientific. The reserved talent upbringing system still belongs to the planned economy, it misfit present social setting under market economy. The training to the young athletes seems like a Chinese saying" spoil things by excessive enthusiasm", and they are specialized at an age too early. Therefore,sacrity basic training cost, poor training conditions, unbalance between training and culture education, rigid administrative system, imperfect competition administrative system, lack of unified track programmers setting, glaring problems of placement after retired, imperfect social security system are all the problems appeared to them.The author put forward the solutions: firstly, we should build a sustainable thinking from both theory and thinking, renew our concepts to further recognize the rules and characteristics of track training in our province under the marketeconomy, open ways to draw on social fund, then perfect reserved talent market system. Secondly, we should establish a reasonable long-term planning and developing strategy with a scientific developing view, perfect programmed overall arrangement, shorten battlefront, concentrated on developing sprinting, hurdling, jumping, men javelin, and five track and field events to our province characteristics. Thirdly, promote the coaches' all-side quality and professional competence with a competitive mechanism system called appointment of posts, concentrated more on coaches' training and further education, then make them familiar with modern knowledge and form a scientific training conventions. Fourthly, to cultivate outstanding track reserved talents, we should guided by all - round shape development thinking to find a sober solution to the contradiction between culture education and training, reform the education model between professional and amateur sports school, and unite physical and culture education.The research aims at supplying theory and practical reference to make Fujian track sports sustainable development.
