The PE course structure is one of the research contents in the current course reform. The basic structure of the PE course includes horizontal structure and longitudinal structure. The horizontal structure means the PE fulfillment course concretely includes the course sequence and type, their relationship, their differentiation with contact mutually, and finally makes them composition of PE course. The longitudinal structure of PE course, macroscopic speaking, is the reform outline of the foundation education course, standard of PE and health course, and PE & healthy course textbook. From the textbook downwards, the PE and the healthy course implement project and concrete plan made by teachers belongs to the layer of microcosmic structure, which is the layer of turning from the principle and target to the operation.As a microcosmic structure, it exists the logic relationship in the course contents by all means, and also the mental relationship expressed by the student during the process of controlling the course contents; The former one is the form relationship, and the latter one is a substance structure; This is called the "dual structure", which is the common characteristic of all courses. Since the academics property of the PE course is different from other intelligence course, we also need to consider the physiology structure of the course at the time of considering contents structure and the mental state structure. So the microcosmic structure of PE course should be "tripartite structures" .The content of microcosmic structure of the PE course, from the view of active main part should include the school, teachers and students; from the view of inside structure should include the logic structure, mental structure and physiology structures.The theories for the tripartite structures: The logic structure of the PE course is a system of its own Knowledge &Skill which has some logical relations with the human body health, children's mind and body development regulation and the education teaching regulation. The mental structure of the PE course is related to children's growth and mental state and the development regulation of the social mature degree, with the basis on the PE course studies mental regulation, and objective request of society to different age stages children growth.The logic structure of the PE course, mental structure and the physiology structure are opposite and independent in microcosmic structure. So the 3D stereoscopic form should be the best way to expresses these three relationships.Conventional P.E. course was set up on the basis of logic structureand physiology structures. Its microcosmic structure is a structure of three parts which is the preparatory stage, the fundamental stage and the concluding stage. Its weakness lay in the ignorance of the importance of mental state structure. The 3D stereoscopic form of microcosmic tripartite structures of PE course, which put forward in this thesis, is the strong basis for teaching design. The most important condition to realize using "tripartite structures" to design teaching is that the teacher has to change traditional teacher's character, from the leader, the knowledge and technique authority, the commander-in-chief of the classroom to the study participant, instructor and friend of students; besides, it's necessary to master the modern education theories knowledge and modern education technique and improve the perfect education environment.
