Along with the new curriculum advancement and the deepened development, various question emerges one after another incessantly in the implementation process. It's hard to explain and deal with these questions only with the past experience and the theory institute. The practice proves that, if the deepening and the enhancement doesn't depend on the teaching research, the curriculum implementation and the educational reform moves towards the formalization, the shallow layer and the vulgarization. Only is educational scientific research depended on, middle and primary schools will be able to develop full of vigor. To establish the system of school-based teaching and researching, to improve the teaching and researching ability of teachers and the ability of solving the problems in the solution curriculum implements and the educational reform, it has become the first propelling force in the course of the new curriculum reform. The thesis includes four parts. The first part states the theory of school-based and teachers' professional development. The second one, takes Liyang area as a research object. I have made the analysis of the research background and the current situation with the help of questionnaires and interview. From this, we have made the goals of pushing forward regionalschool-based teaching and researching--Constructing the mechanism of the opening and humanityschool-based teaching and researching, establishing perfect systems of this teaching and researching which promotes the teachers' and the researcher's professional growth. The third, taking high school geography teaching in Liyang area as a study object, I describ what we have done and the forms which suit this area have been found:â‘ Master and apprentice workroomâ‘¡Youth learning clubâ‘¢Professional development communityâ‘£Network teaching and researching. The last mainly elaborates action strategy, supporting and safeguarding mechanism of pushing forward regional school-based teaching and researching.
