Classroom is an important place of display of the teachers race cultural, this text try to pass shine on the teacher's classroom teaching in the view of culture, and try to analysis teacher's reality scene of the classroom teaching in the dissimilarity cultural background, and on this foundation to study the cultural reason behind the differences of classroom teaching, deeply understand the cultural groundwork and cultural personality of teacher classroom teaching, thus we can provide new understanding and thinking on different race of teachers professional growth and development of our province.The research includes four parts as follows:The first part is the preface, this part set out from the question of the text, firstly analysis the research meaning of teacher classroom teaching, and comb the present condition of cultural research on the classroom teaching of the domestic and international .The second part is the spot scan of the Chinese, Uigur and Kazakhstan teacher's classroom teaching. This part set out from the five links of teacher's classroom teaching, contrast to analysis the reality scene of teacher's classroom teaching of different cultural background. The third part is the cultural inspection of difference of the Chinese, Uigur and Kazakhstan teacher's classroom teaching. This text use Schein's organization of cultural model to analysis the cultural reason behind the difference of the Chinese, Uigur and Kazakhstan teacher's classroom teaching. The fourth part is the thinking of the difference of the Chinese, Uigur and Kazakhstan teacher's classroom teaching, this part mainly study the importance of different racial teachers cultural background in their classroom teaching, and it also make us to think that if we need to investigate the diversified mode of teacher's training. In addition, this text also makes some cultural thinking of the path of teacher's professional growth and development of our province.
