Research On Building A Learning Teacher Organization

Based on the theory of Learning Organization, this paper analyzed the problems existed in the construction of teacher organization and teacher professional development in Shen Zhen city, advanced a tentative idea about constructing learning teacher organization to solved those problems, explained the plan and the feasible of the tentative idea theoretically and practically in detail. The paper took the author's experience of constructed a learning teacher organization as an example, introduced the meaning and background of Self-help and Act on One's Own Train, a kind of train created by the author. The paper also analyzed the meaning of the train for school teacher professional development from the views of teachers' development on their own, the characteristics of adult education and the requirement of new curriculum, introduced the four main pillars of the train: reflection by watch the their own teaching videos, help each other among the companions, doing teaching research and demonstration, and discussed the effects of the train, the role of schools in train management and the connections of the four pillars.
