The Development Environment And The Path Choices Of Chinese Non-Profit Organizations In A Social Transition

After the reform and open policies has been carried out for more than twenty years, China has entered a new period of development which traits are that economy system reform and political system reform have deepened, economy while the society has begun to large -scale changes, it is certain that the social organizational structure has changed deeply. All kinds of mass organizations, which are marked by the distinctive features of No-profit organization in the article have grown at unprecedented speed and scale. With the development of quantities and kinds, they have shouldered more and more functions and duties. However, because China has been in a social transition, as a new social form, Non-profit organizations, which are restrained by many factors in the environment, including law system, administration system, social and cultural environment and so on.This article analyzes current situation of NPO. Firstly, the paper introduces concept, traits,function and theory background, which lay a theoretical basis for further study. Secondly, the paper expounds current situation of NPO in China and practical significance in a social transition, includes the background, traits and main problems, especially the main difficulties and seek to analyze the related environment factors. Thirdly, the paper expounds the conditions that overcome these limits and promotes healthy development of NPO. The government should guide and supervise NPO efficiently, make organizational institution and operation model meet the need of social development, heighten confidence and creativity. At the same time, carry out perfect legal system, which creates a healthy, active and stable system environment. In addition, NPO should make actively effort, exploit its positive effect to the full, achieve more beneficial condition for it's survive and development, meanwhile more measures will be taken vigorously to cultivates the modern citizen society, which are marked by citizen conscious ,social independent government ability and participation motivation.
