Our country is experiencing social security system reform,is essential to broke the insocialization distribution pattern, ensure the socialization of social security. Social security as a social system in essence the government's actions, but does not mean that exclusion of the other providers. Non-Profit Organizations is important to the social security of supply, In promote services to more people, in funds raise and operation, in management and supervision which all has unique advantages. This article made the Non-Profit Organization's social role as a function analysis of the object to analysis. First defines the concept of "socialized social security" and the scope of "Non-Profit Organization", established the theory basis of the study by review some related documents. The last analyze the roles and functions of the Non-Profit Organization in the socialized reform process of social security, and from the angle of government and Non-Profit Organization's own management to make some countermeasures.
