The Research On Problems In Social Security Institution Of Ethnic Group Of Guizhou Province From The Viewpoint Of Culture

This dissertation focuses on how to establish social security institution for the special group—the ethnic minorities live in rural areas of Guizhou Province, with welfare culture theory, from the viewpoint of culture.The paper falls into five parts. The first part summarizes and analyzes the literature achievements in the related academic study, introduces the research background and means, put forward the author's research frame; The second part mainly carries on the study of the relationship between the nationality welfare culture and social security institution. First, analyses the relationship between culture and nationality to lead to the concept of nationality culture; Then, explores the concept, content and structure of nationality welfare culture; Finally, investigated the relationship between the nationality welfare culture and social security; The third part mainly discusses and analyses the welfare culture of the ethnic groups in Huizhou Province; The fourth part analyses the present condition and problems in the social security system for the ethnic groups in Huizhou Province; The fifth part mainly discusses how to resolve these problems ,with the author's thorough thinking and some policy suggestions.This dissertation holds on the point that nationality welfare culture is the concept of human value accepted by nationality; it is an important variable of the social security institution.
