It will become more important in pre-school education with the development of private kindergarten. The quality level of teacher staff is not only the key to teaching quality of the private kindergarten, but also it's existence arid development. The high quality of teacher's team is the precondition of high quality kindergarten. Therefore, the concern for the development of private kindergarten teacher's professional development is of significance both in theory and in practice.Referenced on the theory of previous research on teachers' professional development, based on the policy background which develops private pre-school education enterprise, this research using questionnaire, interview, observation, researches the present situation of private kindergarten teachers' professional development in Shangqiu of He'nan province from five aspects: educational conviction, professional knowledge and ability, self-awareness and behavior of professional development, the culture of school etc; then focusing on the situation, analyzes the factors which influence private kindergarten teachers' professional development from three dimensions: government factor, principals factor and teachers themselves; lastly, according to the factors, some suggestions have been put forward from these three aspects: as government and educational administration ,they should reinforce management, further prompting and supervising private kindergarten education, enlarge fund investment and establish effective training system of the kindergarten teachers; principals should improve professional quality themselves, stable teacher staff, and do school-based training; the teachers themselves should enhance professional identity and belief, transform its role, build up better consciousness of life education for promoting their own professional development. |
