Whether the informatizationed education reform will meet with success or failure depends largely on the teachers' teaching behavioral changes, which are dominated and influenced by the ideal and faith the teachers adhere to. With a "School-to-School" informatizationed instruction coming true in more and more districts and schools, the concern for the task shifts from the initial "network" and "database" to "contingent" viz. the training of teachers to change their teaching concepts and behavior in order to adapt for the information circumstance. The informatizationed instruction challenges the traditional resources for teaching, calling for changing the concept of resource and demanding for building up corresponding concept of the resources.A teacher's concept of the resources in informatizationed instruction is his/her basic attitude and viewpoint of the resources in practicing informatizationed instruction, that is to say, what are the "quality resources" in his/her mind and how to make use of these resources. Teachers' concepts of the resources are parts of the value system of individual teachers.I have analyzed in the primary and secondary school teachers' understanding of resources in informatizationed instruction through looking into the correlative literatures and undertaking questionnaires and interviews, thus established the dimension to build up the teachers' concept of the resources in informatizationed instruction, explored the models of teachers' concept of the resources in informatizationed instruction and their teaching behavior, just provided here for the information technology training for teachers in the future. My paper consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction, a brief review of the paper's background, the meaning and studying methods.The second part is the definition of related concepts and the expatiation to theoretic basis.The third part is an analysis of the teacher's concept of the resources in informatizationed instruction are checked on the basis of analyzing the correlative literatures and undertaking questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part is to how to build up the teachers' concept of the resources in informatizationed instruction from three dimensions—the perspective of content,The fifth part is explore the relationship between teachers' concept of the resources in informatizationed instruction and their teaching behavior. Check from two aspects—teachers' teaching behavior and the students' learning behavior and bring forward a relationship model of teachers' concept of the resources in informatizationed instruction and their teaching behavior.The final part is a conclusion to the research papers, summarizes the findings of the study, indicate the inadequate aspects and the further study directions.
