The hope of reviving the nation is education, the hope of revitalizing education is teachers.Teachers are a specialized profession, it has its own ideals and own theory, conscious of occupational standards and a highly sophisticated skills, plays an irreplaceable independent properties. Rapid advances in information technology, which making the revolutionary and epoch impact on the development of the society, bringing challenges to the education, and bringing the new requirements on the quality and the image of teachers. Mastering technology education must be have a basic quality of learning to teachers, and mastering the educational technology is own needs to teachers. Meanwhile, more and more countries in the world carrying out the education reform which recognize that fact: The success or failure of the education reform is determined by teaching quality level of a country, so teacher education, teacher training is an increasingly subject to national attention.England education as a developed country, attaches great importance to adopt various measures to promote the professional development of teachers, in order to better faster to raise the country's quality of education. Therefore, the information technology teachers' training is early started in England. After 20 years of development, financial management, training modules, training evaluation has accumulated some experience. Along with the information era, the arrival of the new curriculum reform, China is paying more and more attention to teachers' information technology training of primary and secondary school , Although we have some achievements, there is ample room for learning and emulating from others. As Ulich said : "The more attention to education in the teacher training, this helps overcome narrow localism of the teachers and education administrators. " The purpose is to make up our deficiencies by comparison, we could stand a higher platform. Understanding the teachers' information technology training experience of the developed countries in the primary and secondary school. On this basis, in order to promote China's teachers' information technology training in primary and secondary school, promoting China's professional development of teachers. The idea of this research can be expressed for : Choosing teachers' information technology training in primary and secondary school of China and England as the object of study. Using literature method, comparative method, case method, First of all, starting with the background of teachers' information technology training course of primary and secondary school, and revealing the status and analyzing the characteristic of teachers' information technology training in primary and secondary school of the two countries ,looking for some problem of teachers' information technology training in primary and secondary school of China. On this basis, summed up the training experience of teachers' information technology in primary and secondary school of England, and insights on teachers' information technology training in primary and secondary school of our country.
