With the development of information technology,the field of education is increasing by means of information technology,more and more small and medium-sized schools equipped with information-based teaching method,adopt the mode of multimedia teaching,in order to improve teaching efficiency.Teachers' information technology application ability,however,far less than the step of information construction,Mongolia's primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability training is just beginning.So teachers' information technology application ability training,learn from other countries experience for our teachers' information technology ability of increasing their skills have guiding significance.Chinese teacher's training: Intel future education project,primary and secondary school teacher education technique ability construction plan,the ministry of education-China mobile information technology ability training programs for primary and secondary school teachers.Primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability promotion project,and summarizes the content of the Chinese teachers' information technology application ability training and measures,using four phase comparison method from the policy requirements of teachers' information technology application ability training,training objectives,training methods,training content,and Mongolia training in four dimensions to compare the difference,it is concluded that Chinese teachers' information technology application ability training to our country's enlightenment:1.Adhere to the "overall planning,on-demand training and application",according to the information technology teachers' demand to implement employee training;2.The primary and secondary schools and colleges and teacher training institutions,adopt the hybrid training mode,strengthening situation experience,problem solving,ability to ascend as the goal,prominent question guidance and application guidance;3.The training content is establishment of teachers' ability and need,compulsory,elective module design.I am a student from Mongolia,during the period of study for a master's in education technology of northwest normal university,access to the forefront of many education informatization related knowledge,especially more interested in China teacher training,Chinese language expression ability is limited,but as a result of personal papers in there are a lot of shortage,the follow-up will also continue to improve the study.
