In the Basic Education Curriculum Reform, the evaluation reform is one of the most important part. The New Curriculum Reform brings forward that it will establish a developing students' evaluation system aiming at "all for the development of students, for the development of all students, for developing all sides of students, focusing on the development of students. " As the development of the New Curriculum Reform, the Developing Students' Evaluation is coming from the theory to practice.In the thesis, I want to demonstrate the theory to of the Developing Students' Evaluation, several important conception about it, the content of it, the principle of it and its features. In the thesis, I give a school named "Yangguang Primary School" as an example. Using the methods such as paper inquiry, talking, watching on the spot, etc. I introduce the concrete procedures of the "Yangguang card" . I also explore the experiences. This evaluation can prompt the all-sides development of the students. It is a multiple and stimulant evaluation style. It has come into the students' daily life and study. It has turned from only evaluation on the study to evaluation on study, behavior regulations and moral feeling experience. But there are also some problems in implementing the evaluation, such as, there is something should be done to the non-study content, such as, feeling, attitude, value etc. There are also some problems about the direction of the motivation, the multiple bodies of the evaluation, etc.At last, I put forward some advice on how to perfect the Developing Students' Evaluation, such as, further strengthen the orient and actual effect of the inspire, further understand and actively develop the plural bodies, develop the non-learning evaluation, establish the development record bad etc.
