There exists an imbalance in allocation of primary and middle school teachers resources in the field of basic education in China. In particular, the problem of inadequate teachers for compulsory education in the rural area has not been solved fundamentally, which have restricted the overall level of the staff and quality of rural education. Urban teachers'support to rural education is a vital measure to optimize allocation of teachers resources and solve weak rural teachers power. The paper conducts a research into the current situation of urban teachers'support to rural education in the city of Huangshan, adopting the questionnaire approach on 197 urban teachers and 390 rural teachers and interview approach. Upon investigation, it finds that certain achievements have been made in urban teachers'support to rural education in the city of Huangshan, however, there is still deficient .The paper tends to find out the reasons and conduct an analysis, and tentatively puts forward perfection of strategy of urban teachers'support to rural education .
