No matter it dates to the past or comes to the future, classroom teaching is the main teaching form in school. If we can improve the quality and effect of classroom teaching, we can get hold of the focus of teaching quality. The teaching staff are most concerned about the subject as: how to reduce the students'burden and improve the teaching quality. Such is the problem of teaching efficiency. The way of improving teaching efficiency is effective teaching, that is teachers grasp not only the theory of effective teaching but also the strategy and skill. In recent years, many people study the theory of effective teaching in China but lack of the study of combining each subject, especially the chemistry. So the author chooses to research the effective teaching strategy of chemistry.The thesis includes five aspects: the proposition and significance of problem; the theroy of effective teaching; the strategy of effective teaching in chemistry; the effective teaching strategy in chemistry- the practical study of stimulating notivation strategy; the discussion and prospect of the problem.First the thesis analyses the actuality of chemistry teaching. Combining the need of new curriculum reformation, the author puts forward the effective teaching and clarifies the significance of teaching strategy study in chemistry.Then adopting the literature study, the author researches the theory by referring to plenty of literature, summarizing the domestic and overseas study actuality of efficient teaching, the meaning and standard of effective teaching, the academic basic of supporting effective teaching.Later according to the theory of effective teaching and the academic basic of supporting effective teaching, combining the characteristic of chemistry and common rule of classroom teaching, the author divides the whole classroom teaching into eight phases and puts forward relevant teaching strategy: the Strategy of Motive Inspiration, the Strategy of Aim Establishment, the Strategy of Instructing Students'Concentration, the Strategy of Stimulating Recalling, the Strategy of Providing Instruction, the Strategy of Toning Maintenance, the Strategy of Promoting Knowledge Transference, and the Strategy of Providing Feedback. As these strategies combine the characteristic of chemistry and have strong maneuverability, they are sure to take instructive effect on improving teaching efficiency and advancing the development of students.Finally, in the teaching process, the author makes practical research on the strategy of stimulating motivation. Due to the teaching of comparision class and experiment class, these strategies are helpful to stimulat the studying motivation of the students which you can notice from the score of the exam and the survey of the questionaire. In the later teaching, the author will go on making practical resdearch on other teaching strategies.
