In order to know the special education school sports requiring that the problem solving ,to look forward to calling up more people pay more attention to special education ,disabled physical education .This paper has studied the special education school sports current and provide he theory for driving HEBEI province special education school sports developing and studying. The study has adopted many approaches, such as literature review,questionnaire,interview,investigation and comparison & statistics, etc. The author has investigated the construction of the PE teacher,the PE teaching,the sports life of students,extracurricular PE and the management of PE ,etc. After using SPSS11.5 statistic software to carry on a data and logic analysis, the study results are as following: 1.HEBEI Province special education school development tendency is fine , 62.3%-85.1%'s school has the sole duty physical education teacher , satisfied fundamental teacher quantity teaching needs, but teacher job mission amounts are big; Teacher men and women proportion is moderate , the teacher gives first place to youth, big educational background technical secondary school physical education teachers account for83.0%-97.0%, the middle rank office holder teacher gives first place to, but special field degree is low ,all the PE teachers are not graduated from the department of disabled physical education; Teacher scientific research ability is bad , the thesis are written and are announce quantity is less and announced publication arrangements are not high; The degree of satisfaction working although teacher condition and pay is bad, is high , the teaching body is more stable.2.For teaching aspect:school give a course rate 100%, Sports accounts for 68.3%-89.5% weekly twice; Content of courses is rope skipping , game ,ping pang mainly; Although the sports teaching target improves physical constitution mainly for function defect compensation and the student mental health recovering from the illness , promoting, since space equipment and material deficient,be put into effect is listed in have the problem; Also parallel tradition of teaching method follows average school sports teaching method mainly; The teaching organization form is more unitary,physical education estimates that way gives first place to teacher valuation; School does not unified disabled PE teaching material and teachers' book.3.For extracurricular PE aspect:morning exercises, setting-up exercises during the break exercise after school, class physical training every school has a request, but does not alternate only when setting-up exercises during the break carries out ; And the period is long since competition is few, space , the problem training funds, the situation physical training after school and the contest are carried out is not ideal.4.School sports manages not standardizing very much , funds throws into carrying out being unable to get the guarantee , space equipment and material deficiency , teacher business ability waiting for taking seriously improving , leading and supporting degree to be not enough to give HEBEI Province special education school sports to work bringing about an adverse effect.Specifically for this one current situation,expert consultant idea, have brought forward a countermeasure: 1. Work out and perfect the special education law and regulation article and policy: Law and regulation builds sharpening country special education, reinforce special physical education law and regulation feeling at ease, work out various encourage and reward mechanism, build the supervise and inspect mechanism and various valuation system, effectuation pursuing a policy favoring to. 2. Building-up teaches physical-training teacher engaging in advanced study of specially organization,builds special sports overseeing organization, builds peculiar sports education and research development organization. 3. Society holds out: The medium propagates culture, running of schools by non-governmental sectors. 4. Ensure various school sports job carrying out: Sports material conditions improvement , carrying out and sports after school broadening teachers cultivating a channel , ensuring sports teaching to work proceed as planned and without a hitch.
