This research attempts to reveal the musical studying interest of junior middle school students who live in the countryside , based on the same teaching contents with different teaching patterns with the help of 600 students tested . The research is based on the reality of the loca music teaching ,according to the students age ,psychology and physiology . Following the science teaching rule and education law , this research does the practical research on how to develop the musical interest of junior middle school students who live in the countryside, using different teaching methods , teaching forms and teaching means .Based on the study , the thesis draws a conclusion as follow :1. The students who like music show more interesting to the music class than others . Not only do they take active part in the music class , but also they want to express themselves in music class . They can take part in the action quickly in the music class . With the music class going on and with the more musical knowledge added , the students'musical foundation , musical originality and musical awareness are improved obviously At the same time , their comprehensive quality is also improved .2. The textbook used in the countryside should adapt to the loca cultural reality . If we added some musical material that is familiar to the students , it would be better for developing the students'musical interest .
