Factors leading to Graduates Employment is diverse, including college students do not have a reasonable career regulation is an important factor, in the case of university enrollment, the university education from elite education to mass education, this education has led to the transformation of education courses from "fine" to "wide" change, education will be involved in all kinds of knowledge, but because of class restrictions, are difficult to explain in depth, especially in education, career planning, many students and even the education courses as electives conduct, which led students have difficulty receiving the knowledge of career planning system, it is difficult to guide the actual specific knowledge to construct a reasonable career planning. In addition, college students and parents by the traditional mode of education and employment patterns impact on employment and career planning issues do not pay attention, but also a major factor leading to problems of college students’career planning.This study was conducted for vocational colleges college students in career planning studies, research studies and theoretical study as a guide, through vocational school for students of questionnaires, a clear understanding of its self, understanding and positions Situation career planning, problems and causes of the problem. Conclusions are as follows:(1) relative to the general college students, Vocational Colleges have more pressing needs work, but also has the ability of taking insufficient dispersion thinking prominent features; (2) Vocational Colleges management students in career planning with a lack of knowledge of self, not fully understanding the problem of occupation, lack of planning their career awareness, career planning and implementation of detachment. (3) the cause of the problem vocational school is a social, family, schools, and individuals of multiple factors. Improve vocational school of policy should be formulated by the State to provide a good environment for career planning; change the thinking of the school to carry out career planning education, the promotion of career planning carried out; the family as much as possible without applying pressure to the students, but as a demonstration by example to guide career planning; and college students from their own understanding, career awareness and career planning point of view, improve their career planning content and promote its long-term development.
