With the basis music education curriculum reform goes deepgradually, the study concerning theories of music curriculumreform also increases. Existing researches mostly focus oncompulsory education music new curriculum, but concreteresearches on high school music curriculum reform are commonlyunavailable. Therefore, this topic research has certain valueand originality. This paper tries to scan the new round of highschool music curriculum reform from the perspective of thedilemma that high school music curriculum reform confrontedwith, and contents are mainly involved have two:curriculumstructure(six modules' setting)and credit system. Bydiscovering influence and enlightenment to high school musiccurriculum reform from this two aspects will promote theprocess of high school music curriculum reform. The main areascovered by this paper are as follow:1. Introduction: This part includes two topics primarilly, oneis the practical meaning and theoretical value, the otheris the research thread of this paper.2. Chapter one: The realistic background and policy foundationof high school music curriculum reform. In this chapter, theauthor illustrates the necessities to implement high schoolmusic curriculum reform which is the necessary choice ofcultivating talents who are adaptable to socialdevelopment and is the essential choice of music educationself-perfection and development, as well as the main policyfoundation. To make this problem clear is helpful toascertain the development direction of high school musiccurriculum reform.3. Chapter two: The dilemma that high school music curriculumreform confronted with. It articulates basic presentsituation of the reform and reasons of the dilemma. Bydiscussing the basic present situation is conducive tounderstand the opportunity and challenge that the reformbrings for high school music education, then we can masterthe dilemma more accurately. By analyzing causes of the dilemma can make the teacher problem and credit systemproblem expose to us, which is beneficial to improve andperfect the reform.4. Chapter three: Countermeasures that make high school musiccurriculum reform step off the dilemma. It includes solutionthread that discusses how to solve teacher problem andcredit system problem, providing the realistic guide forreference to high school music curriculum reform.
