Content: Undoubted, to strengthen the administration on teachers staffs, to inspire the teachers' enthusiasm, and to establish an adaptable and pioneering teaching group that can take on the significant trans-century education task, it is so urgent a problem for the administrator in the middle school to carry out researches on new changes and new characteristics reflected on the teachers in the middle school in the new situation .The key to the problem is to value teacher's orientation administration, of which the focus is to arouse teachers' awareness of the idea of high efficiency low burden, in another word, the final solution lies in improving the teaching efficiency. The use of CAI is an efficient way to solve the problem. The article makes a summary on the multimedia teaching system based on the characteristics of multi-media. Via teaching experiment conducted to parallel the traditional classroom teaching and multi-media classroom teaching, the research is carried on. The experimental results combined with the teacher's and his colleagues' experience concerning making PowerPoint and multimedia teaching, leads to an analysis on the factors affecting the efficiency and effects of multi-media teachings. The essay is aimed to discuss and work out ways and strategies to improve both efficiency and effect of multi- media teaching.
