Study On Vocational Education For Rural Women And Rural Development

Rural women play an important role in agricultural development, with the migrating of the masculine labor force to non—agricultural, agricultural feminization is a new tendency. For, the quality of the agriculture in the future is decided to the quality of rural women's management to the agricultural resources and rural women's own quality. So, the level of vocational education for rural women influence the women participate and promote rural development. For this reason, study the relation of rural women's vocational education and rural development is an important meaningful question for study on theory and reality.In view of this, by employing the literature methodology and the investigation methodology, this study focuses on the analysis to the influence of vocational education for rural women on the developing of the country in Yangling , Shaanxi province. On the basis of the influence and the function about vocational education for rural women to rural development, proposed some suggestions to promote the development of the countryside and vocational education for rural women. Yangling is the only agricultural high-tech industry model district of our country , it has the vital role on the development of our country. In the year of 2005, Women's Federation conducted a women's training base in Yangling. Because of all this, take Yangling for example to illustrate how to promote vocational education for rural women and rural development have typical meaning. So,trying to make such a solid and piercing case study, in a sense, is creative.On the whole, vocational education for rural women improved a lot. However, restrained by economy,education system and rural women's own factor made vocational education for rural women and rural development in Yangling appear certainly incompatibility. The uncoordinated facts have become the difficult of rural development and vocational education for rural women improvement. So, in order to improve the level of vocational education for rural women and promote the bright wishes to turn into the operated plan,three main works should be done: Firstly, improve the external environment of vocational education for rural women. Secondly, strengthen construction of the vocational education for rural women. Thirdly, enhance rural women's own understanding and appraisal level.To sum up, social development is to take people as the base and rural development to take peasants as the base. As agricultural feminization, rural development must take rural women as the base. Take feasible and powerful measures to heighten vocational education for rural women and rural development, not only is this the vital problem to build new socialist countryside, but also to promote rural comprehensive development.
