With the development of the rural economy and the adjustment of the industrial structure,rural young labor force from the agricultural production into the secondary and tertiaryindustry employment. Social roles and the reasons of their own quality of most rural womenstaying at home to continue agricultural production, and support for the elderly, the educationof their children. Change the reality in rural areas, resulting in migrant education change, ruralwomen have become the main body of the new farmer education, in order to train newfarmers, crack the problem of farmer education the single technical training alone is notenough, and must take the community education the road. I according to the generalrequirements of the new farmer education, combined with the status quo of the educationalneeds of rural women in Yangling District, creatively put forward the concept of the new ruralhousewife. Education of rural women the ultimate goal is to develop "a cultural, business tounderstand, good participation, new long artistry rural housewife. The rural "Housewivesproposed both crack the educational goals of the new farmers and rural women to furthereducational goals clear, actionable.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the Introduction, introducesthe research background at home and abroad, and the purpose and significance of thisresearch, and highlights the basic status of the research area. Sort out the articles of researchideas, clear article research methods, proposed thesis innovative point: systematic survey ofthe living conditions of rural women, a detailed introduction to the educational needs of ruralwomen, raised the education of rural women to develop new rural Housewives goals. Secondchapter from the sociological characteristics of the rural women, the family structure and theeconomic structure of rural women, rural women’s productive labor, education and culture ofthe rural women in four areas describes the living conditions of rural women.The third chapter analyzes the contradiction between supply and demand in theeducation of rural women.From the three aspects of the educational content, level, type ofeducation supply, rural women from the educational contents and the form of two aspects ofthe educational needs of rural women. Analysis of the contradictions between the twomethods and propose solutions. The fourth chapter is proposed to train rural women into the educational goals of the new rural housewife.
