Individual’s development cannot leave the education; education is an important way to promote individual socialization. The government has attached great importance to vocational education, it is different from the general education, but we must affirm vocational education that it has a positive significance for individual and social economic development. Rural women play a very important role, no matter in families or in the construction of new countryside. However, this important group is unable to get a good position in the social competition, the emergence of secondary vocational education provides a new development channel for this group, and let them get higher self-identity and independence, and improve their living conditions in the social competition. But with the conflict between ideal and the reality, people began to query the value of the secondary vocational education to the individuals. This condition leads to vocational education is unable to play an important role for the economic development and human capital development. Through a lot of literature analysis, I found the existing problems of rural women education research is numerous, but lack of the research about the relation between secondary vocational education and rural women. At the same time the researchers also use more quantitative research or theoretical research, lack of qualitative research. However, discussing the meaning of vocational education to the individual development must be started from the subject of education, and narrating educates’ life experiences, with their own feelings as the basic.
