Research On The Problem Of Population Urbanization In Anhui Province

In 2005, the city population in Anhui province reached to the level of 35.5%, bellowed the national average 43%. Anhui population of the low level of urbanization, is a typical agricultural province, the farmers become "the past" needs a longer period of time. Low level of the Urbanization has been seriously restricted Anhui's economic and social development. Therefore, making for a system study to problem of the population Urbanization in Anhui province has been a strong need of accelerating its urbanization process and promoting its economic and social development.This paper first describes the predecessors of the "urbanization", "population urbanization" and other basic concepts analysis, and on this basis, defines the "population urbanization" of the core concept.
