The Research Of Rural Leftbehind Population In The P Rocess Of Urbanization

Since reforming and opening for thirty years, there is continuous increase of extent of mobility of population in our contry. The greater quantity of young labor force flows into urban city from countryside, but only some of them can become urban workers. It can be only as rural migrant workers who are in the city, however, the origin of them are still in contryside. Because of the big quantity of farmers going outside for working, the result is that there are much more women, children and old people in countryside as left-behind crowd. Such kind of crowd utilzes their own hard work to support development of countryside and dedicate themselves to development of contryside enormously. However, problems which seriously harm the development of economy in rural area may also pop up among rural leftbehind population. And these problems are becoming the ones roaring on the top of the list that a country aimed at building a new socialist countriside and harmonious society should be faced with. Therefore, focusing more on studying making rural area population a better life worthes more public attention.The main research method of this article is questionnaire investigation, selecting the29rural in the SiChuan province. This article analyses mainly from the economic sources, life care, the spiritual support and guarantee rights, the population of rural rear living situation. According to the investigation, this article points out several suggestions about the rural left-behind population in SiChuan province, through the actual situation, mainly from three entities--government, society and the family. According to the article, each entity should fulfill the clear responsibilities to create positive conditions for the rural left-behind population survival and development. It is meaningful to achieve a better level of rural left-behind population, because this part of population matters the process of socialist new rural construction, the construction of harmonious society, and the transformation of Chinese society.The article is divided into three parts:The first part:The introduction part of the paper which was analyzed the paper’s research background and significance, it summed up the related areas which were based on domestic and foreign’s research, and it also comes out our own research ways and research methods.The second part:According to the questionnaire content to describe the basic conditions of the rural retaining population in Sichuan Province, which will define the below mention noun concept; such as the left in rural areas for the elderly, the left-behind women and children left behind. It also will base on age, economic status; region and marital status to analysis the constitute form of left behind population and the three types of people living status and the existing problems.The third part:Based on the in-depth analysis of the above issues, come to solve the problem of Sichuan Province in rural areas left behind population initiatives in the process of urbanization which must actively promote the urbanization level of the migrant workers families in the process of urbanization, the establishment of the family as a unit of labor transfer to solve the schooling of the children left behind, and also the left behind women working in cities and housing issues. It also need to constantly improve the land system, the development of modern agriculture boost farmers’income; activate the benefit farmers’ project; part of these, it also need to build the network to maintain the stay crowd interests in rural areas. As conclusion, above mention methods are the real solution to the survival and development of the Sichuan Province in rural areas left behind population.
