Job satisfaction refers to the degree of the employee's satisfaction to his (her) own position. It has been interested in human resource management and the study of organizational behavior. It is one of the important psychology indexes of the company management. Since 1930s, job satisfaction was the hotspot to research on. Achievement motivation is one of the important social motivations. It is the important character of whose wants to adapt the social work and forms in the process of socialization. Achievement motivation is one of the internal drive forces of the subject who will be delightful to do the important and valuable things that one may consider and strive to reach the perfect result. Organizational commitment is the attitude on the company of employee. It can explain why the employee wants to stay in the company. So it is the index of checking up the employee's loyalty to the company.In 21st century, it is the responsibility of all parts of human resource in company to advance the job satisfaction, mobilize the employees'enthusiasm, retain and excavate elites. There are two concepts that can not be neglect in the process of researching job satisfaction. They are achievement motivation and organizational commitment. Such three factors have been studied from different points and different grades in the existing research. But it is less referred the influence on the job satisfaction from achievement motivation and organizational commitment. This study will make a good practical and theoretical meaning for better company management and extending the concerned area to research their relationships.In this research we have adopted the AMS (Achievement Motivation Scale), OCS (Organizational Commitment Scale) and JSS (Job Satisfaction Scale). We selected 246 valid testees from three kinds of corporations including national departments, state joint-stock companies and civil-fare companies. The aim of the research is to discuss three problems: 1. The status in quo of the employee's achievement motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in different companies. 2. If there is the correlation among the employee's achievement motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 3. Discuss the achievement motivation and organizational commitment's forecast and influence on job satisfaction. The results are as follows: 1.There exists significant difference of achievement motivation among the three kinds of corporations. The motivation of avoiding failure in various units is stronger than pursuing success motivation. There is the highest achievement motivation of the employees in state joint-stock companies, employees in national departments take the second place, and civil-fare companies'employees have the least achievement motivation. 2. There exists significant difference of organizational commitment among the three kinds of corporations. Employees in civil-fare companies have the highest organizational commitment. Employees in national departments and state joint-stock companies take the second place together. 3. There exists significant difference of job satisfaction among the three kinds of corporations. Employees in civil-fare companies have the highest job satisfaction. Employees in national departments and state joint-stock companies take the second place together. 4.There exists low level relevance between pursuing success motivation and varies dimensions of job satisfaction. There exists high level relevance between avoiding failure motivation and varies dimensions of job satisfaction. The varies dimensions of organizational commitment has high relevance to varies of dimensions of job satisfaction. 5. The rules consent, affection consent and the avoiding failure motivation have the influence on job satisfaction. They are the valid forecast variable for job satisfactory. Achievement motivation and organization commitment have the forecast and influence on job satisfactory.
