In recent years, Based on Chinese Academy of Sciences the research into "the issue of female in rural areas" has continually pushed forward owing to the increasing attention to the fact that the issue of "San Nong"-rural village, agriculture and peasant has been attached with increasing concern and the relevant research wins popularity. Based on the research program "The Study on Urbanization Mode Based on the Migration Behavior"(70473078) supported by National Nature Fund, this paper carries out a detailed and thorough-going research into the migration will and migration behavior of female labor in rural areas. From the development of the developed country , during the industrialization process , although women are also actively joined the economical activity,or even more,be the central position of the economic activity, men's controlling position and women's subordinate position is also strengthened in race and gender, it lead to the descend of women's position. From the view-point of migration women, what kind of changes does women's living condition happen? These changes are good for the whole benefit or not? Which changes is the basic reason lead to their moving action? The investigation shows when they made the migration decision, what are the differences between the main facts of women and men? What are the differences between women and men in subjective motive and objective reason? What are the differences between women and men in living, profession and future development after the migration? These will be the problems studied in this essay. Lots of studies shows, women's migration will is one of the important facts during the urbanization process. Women's thoughts and opinions play important roles in the migration of the whole family, sometimes even it is women who decide to migrate or not.According to the theory analysis, this essay based on the migration theories, through the appropriate analysis of the effect factors of willing and action during women's migration by Logistic Model, discuss the differences between women and men's migration factors during urbanization process, by contrasting and analyzing the differences of women and men from personal characteristics, migration motivations, migration reasons and the condition after they immigrate, we can give more suitable suggestions, analyze women's migration motivation, reason and character to increase the attraction of urban, raise women's migration will, and give more reasonable policy and suggestions. This essay has 5 parts. In the first part, researching background, researching meaning, researching scope, some related concepts of this thesis are introduced, and then the author introduces the researching method and frame of this paper. In the second part,a comprehensive review of the related theories and papers is presented. In the third part, mainly introduces the rudimental theory that support the characteristic variables and the influencing factors put forward in this paper theoretically. In the forth part,a Logistic model is set up to analyze the migration will of woman in rural areas, which is followed by a statistical analyze of immigration will of woman in rural areas. Then, with the validate data collected by survey,a comparison of these two analysis is carried out through the perspectives such as individuality, influencing; factor, subjective and objective reasons. Finally in the fifth part, the paper is concluded with the summarization, conclusions and some suggestions.Through all my research, I got some conclusions. First, some variables exert notable plus effect upon the migrating will of female village labors, such as age,the outworking fixed number of year, fixed number of year being educated, having school age children or not,etc.. Secondly, economic factors are also the most important factors which will affect the migration of both male and female village labors. Thirdly, during the process of immigration, female village labors think more of children's education than male village labor force do. However, male village labors think more of themselves' development than female village labors do. Fourthly, children's education and their development are primary subjective motivations of the migration of female village workers. Children's education and self-development are the primary subjective motivation of female's migration while seeking a job, doing business, and jog shifting is the primary objective reason behind their migration. After migration, the female is more reliable on relationships to find a job than the male is,and her employment scope is narrower than that of the male counterpart, furthermore, the female's work is always socially inferior than the male's ,which directly lead to the result that the female's annual income is greatly less than the male's after the migration. As to the other problem arising after the migration, such as the children's education, social relationship and finding a livelihood, both male and female will meet the most serious one is children's education.Through the analysis of the first parts, the writer gives some suggestions. First, strengthen the educational training of women, hold some direct training classes, like profession, skills, and qualities. Second, the government should call for or make some relative policies, ask the company to eliminate the discrimination of gender, increase the equal opportunity for women to compete. Third, appealing and urging women to work or do some business outside their hometown. Forth, through some useful method, help the women who have living troubles after their migration.
